What are this site’s return policies?

E-Cigarette offers a 10-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. Items for return must be in its original packaging, with all the accessories and documentation included. Excluded from this policy are opened cartridges, cartomizers, disposables and E-liquids.

To ensure that a return will be accepted, a return merchandise authorization number must be requested by logging in to your account on the site or by contacting the customer service via the Support Tab. Once an authorization number was obtained, you can now send back the item with the following information written on the back of the packing slip: Name of the customer, telephone number, email address, customer’s return shipping address, reasons for returning the item, name of the customer service representative who authorized the return and the date it was authorized, and the order number and the RMA number. All returns must be shipped by ground only.

The site will only issue store credit, not refund, but does not include shipping cost unless it is their fault. All accepted returns are subject for 20% restocking fee.
